Sub Processors Addendum

To support delivery of our Services, Albus may engage and use data processors with access to certain Personal Information (each, a "Sub-processor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor. This addendum is supplemental to the Terms and the Privacy Policy and capitalised terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Terms and/or the Privacy Policy.

1. THIRD PARTIES

Albus currently uses third-party Sub-processors to provide our Services, infrastructure, to help us provide customer support and email notifications, or perform other functions. Prior to engaging any third party Sub-processor, Albus performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Albus may use the following Sub-processors to host Personal Information, provide our Services, infrastructure, to help us provide customer support and email notifications, or perform other functions:

Subject matter, nature, and duration of processing: Service provide for AI-enabled and other functionalities. Albus also uses Microsoft Corporation, Inc. to process and store user data for the duration set forth in the user’s (or its organisation’s) agreement with Albus.

Entity Name: Amazon Web Services, Inc.
Subject matter, nature, and duration of processing: Albus uses Amazon Web Services, Inc. to process and store user data for the duration set forth in the user’s (or its organisation’s) agreement with Albus.
