The language can be selected from the dashboard and it will effect the user interface and how Albus replies to your questions and queries.
At the time being each board is created with a certain language which is the language you selected at your dashboard. To create a new board with a new language just select the new language you want from the dash board and you will see that the user interface will change into that selection. Afterwards you can create your boards in that language.
